our stay at Casa Das Arcadas in Ponta Delgada was absolutely wonderful. The beautiful interior and convenient location exceeded our expectations. The helpful staff, accessible through WhatsApp, made our experience even more enjoyable. The modern and clean rooms, along with the delicious breakfast basket, made us feel like we were truly taken care of during our stay.

The hotel provided a lovely breakfast basket with fresh fruit, cereal, and fresh breads. The central location of the hotel was great for walking around and exploring. the comfortable bed and great A/C made for a comfortable stay.

The sound of the boiler room in our room was quite loud and disturbed our sleep. We mentioned this to the staff, but it was not resolved.

This centrally located hotel is close to the harbor, making it convenient for exploring Ponta Delgada. The rooms are modern and spacious, with sparkling clean bathrooms. The service is efficient, with automatic check-in and effective soundproofing. The breakfast is delivered to the room with a variety of fresh bread, milk, cereal, and fruit. The hotel is right in the center, within walking distance to bars and shops.

The initial confusion arises as the front door is not labeled as a hotel.

The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and surrounded by a lot of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It was perfect for going out at night and finding a delicious dinner. The service and staff were excellent, always attentive to every detail. The basic amenities in the rooms were perfect for a comfortable overnight stay. Speaking of the rooms, they were very spacious, modern, and clean. The only thing I would say is that they are a bit small, but that didn't bother me at all. And I loved that they delivered breakfast right to the room. It was good and fresh, though it was the same every day and not very hearty.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the harbour. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, and even booked me a taxi that arrived on time. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-prepared breakfast.

Loved my New Year's stay at this cozy boutique hotel! The breakfast baskets were a definitely a highlight, filled with fresh fruit, cereal, and delicious breads. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was impeccably clean and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Not to mention, the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us warm during the chilly winter nights.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it was manageable. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made getting our luggage up to the room a bit of a hassle.

Wow! Christmas was awesome at this place. The decor was stunning! Loved waking up to breakfast being brought to the room, what a treat! the central location made it so easy to explore the local shops and restaurants. And the room! Let's just say it'll be hard to top this! The bed was so comfy and cozy, and the shower was amazing. They provided good quality toiletries too.

The only thing that wasn't ideal was the noise level from the street. It was especially disrupted with the traffic passing by.

The location of this renovated historical building is amazing, it's right in the center and only a couple of minutes walk away from the main church and the seafront. The rooms are cozy and modern with great decor. Breakfast was very good and the staff was incredibly helpful. the calmness of the location close to the harbor allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

The kitchen could be better equipped with a stove.
